b) Detailed write up on procedure for filing a complaint on designated email id/ Toll-free number along with Flowchart Provisions are to be made for sharing Ticket Number once the complaint is lodged.

To find status of complain

Once you have sent an email to drishtidrishtishares.com you will be provided with a token number within 7 days a response will be provided to you. If the complaint is resolved then you will receive another email referring to that token number with subject “Query resolved (token Number)”

Incase you are unsatisfied with the solution then you may refer to escalation matrix and you will receive a mail with the same token number with a response to your query with subject “Query resolved (token number)”

To find the status of your complain kindly send us a mail with “status (token number)” and you will receive a response with an update for the same.

If you are further unsatisfied and have lodged the complaint to NSDL/NSE/BSE/MCX or SEBI then you may check the status of your complaint on their websites.
